cant log in

i was on last night and now all day today whenever i try to log in it says that the security code is wrong.

ive already tried deleting my internet history and restarting my computer but its not helping, wondering if anyone else has any more tips to get it to work

clear your cache. use a different browser

i use firefox normally i cleared everything on firefox and internet explorer and even tried using the internet explorer also. this never happened before and ive been playing the game for over a year

no i even tried changing my password 3 times seeing if that was the problem but it did nothing. will email them now thanks

I've had it once before and I cleared everything, saved passwords, history, cache, the lot and I got in.

A player did tell me that he gets it often and he doesn't enter a security code at all when it happens and he can then access the game, so might be worth a try, it's never happened to me again to have to try it.
