not getting credit for 30 day rp packs

over the last 2 days i have bought 2 30 day rp packs from personal shops. i have recieved the message You have successfully applied the 30 Day RP Pack pack to your character.after using them yet it still says i don't have an active sub nor did i recieve the points from the pack

Tbh, you should open a support ticket in support centre, will get dealt with really quickly there.

The subscription is sold in the rp store. It has nothing to do with buying a rp pack.
Subscriptions are automatically reocurring payments, billed every month.

The points come with the pack so if you got the pack you got the points.
If you still think differently open a support ticket about it.
