A limit to join the table should be incorporated into the poker table. Here is some background.

You can join the no limit table with only $200.
Go all In and win $4000 plus.
If you lose, you are able to get up get $200 more dollars and sit back down.

Eventually through the Odds, you will always come out on top.
It will be unfair to other players and really ruin the fun on the poker table.

My Fix for this is just make a minimum chips entry to the game. Say $5000. This will alleviate the exploitation of this.

most tables have a minimum buyin of 10x the small blind, $1000. Also Most no limit games have a maximum buyin as well, which I would like to see.

How are people winning 4k on a 200 bet though? that would require 20 people to call them, if this is the case then the issue is with improper handling of side pots. 2k pot would be valid and this would not be an exploit, rather strategy (not a good one mind you).
